    In general, the content of the text is well done. There are many examples as well as reasonable process flows to be used for creating and documenting research.

    My concern is the format offered for Kindle readers. The book is offered in Print Replica format, not traditional Kindle format. If the reader is used to Kindle format, then beware, there are substantial differences. I will highlight three. First, there is no search. For a book that will be used essentially as a reference text, I find this unacceptable. This lack is not documented in the fine print. Second, the text can only be loaded to 2 devices. This is documented, but it's good to recognize the deviation from the standard Kindle practice of 5. It is not uncommon for me to have books loaded at home, work, and then on one mobile device. Maybe that's overkill. The point is, however, if one is not aware of the restriction (who reads the fine print?), the message provided by the Kindle reader directs one... Read more

    I bought this for a class..not for personal reading so perhaps that is the root of my dislike. However, this book is basically about 'how to research'..really!?! How to research? If I'm in my fifth year of college and don't know how to research, then God help me. Seemed like a pointless book to me.

    Got this book as part of my MBA program. Decided to order from Amazon due to the lower cost versus the campus bookstore. During the first week of class found that the book came with a CD from the bookstore. Don't know how this will affect my class; but the cost reduction was great. All other content is the same. I give it four stars because I don't know what impact not having the CD will have on my class.
